Thank you for visiting my website. Let me tell you a little bit about myself.

I am originally from Baltimore, Maryland and currently live in columbia, MD, located between Baltimore and Washington D.C. In June of 2007 I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. In addition to being a first time mommy, I am a Personal Trainer and an IFBB Figure Professional Competitor.

I started competing in 2001 as an amateur and earned my pro status in 2005 at the NPC Jr. USA Figure Competition in Charleston, South Carolina.

I enjoy personal training and helping others to reach their fitness goals, whether it be to lose weight & tone, build muscle, compete, or to just be in shape. it is such a rewarding experience for me to see my clients get the results they are seeking.
