About Me

I am originally from Baltimore, Maryland but have recently moved to the Louisville, KY area.  In addition to being a Personal Trainer, I am also an IFBB Figure Professional Competitor.

I started competing in 2001 as an amateur and earned my pro status in 2005 at the NPC Jr. USA Figure Competition in Charleston, South Carolina.

I enjoy personal training and helping others to reach their fitness goals, whether it be to lose weight & tone, build muscle, compete, or to just be in shape. It is such a rewarding experience for me to see my clients get the results they are seeking.

COMPETITION UPDATE

Recently, I got back into the swing of things and competed in the 2010 Europa IFBB Figure Pro comeptition held in Hartford, Connecticut.  This was my first show since my move to Louisville.  Though I was not exactly thrilled with my 18th placing, it felt good to get back into the competition mode.
